ORM specialise in property development and real estate management, with experience managing projects and assets across the UK. Our vision is to work with partners and clients to bring innovative uses to development sites and to maximise the value of investment portfolios. We can offer a variety of services ranging from a single viability appraisal to the full management of a proposed development or real estate portfolio. We also actively seek opportunities to buy strategic land to develop or to invest in projects alongside a Joint Venture Partner. The company was set up in 2022 by Trevor Osborne, Andrew Ryan and Rob Moore, who have a combined experience of over 100 years in managing projects across all sectors of the property industry.
