More than thirty years of experience in providing solutions, representation and advice to employers of all sizes, employees and the self-employed, as well as to accountants, tax consultants and payroll professionals, in all national insurance (Bituach Leumi) aspects in Israel, including in the areas of preservation of rights, relocation planning, prevention of lawsuits and bureaucratic procedures. I have accumulated extensive knowledge of national insurance laws, with respect to proper National Insurance Institute status and payments, compounded with a forward-looking view towards future rights, benefits and allowances. I have also gained significant hands-on experience with the National Insurance Law and have learned that in order to properly comprehend such law, it is necessary to understand it within the context of related laws, such as the Income Tax Ordinance. “My advice is holistic, and I see the person and not just the law. I also believe that difficulties create an opportunity to grow, as evidenced by my clients, who have turned the difficulty created by National Insurance into an opportunity to blossom and improve their lives.” I advise my clients on all aspects related to Israeli National Insurance Law, help them solve existing problems and prevent potential ones, and when necessary also represent them vis-à-vis the National Insurance Institute. As part of my services, assistance with filling out forms and dealing with bureaucracy is also provided. I also teach National Insurance Law in academic settings.
