Oromel

Oromel honey is a craft product, an expression of the place where it is produced, to which it is powerfully connected and from which it derives its taste and fragrances. Between the green hills of Creazzo and Costabissara and a large part of the Berici hills, in Vicenza (Italy), Oromel produces, respecting bees and nature, a niche product which expresses the natural character of the territory and the quality of the environment. It is a traditional and genuine product, whose quality includes product, food chain, producer, environment, territory, community. It is a food that, without having undergone any intrusive processing, is more genuine, good, sustainable and is a real expression of biodiversity. The name “OroMel” has Latin roots and is composed of ORO (prayer) and MEL (honey). We called it a “meditation honey” because beside its delicious and incomparable taste, it is a beautiful gift of nature to feed and heal soul and body.
