Founding principal, Harry Nakagawara has been in the landscape architectural field 40 years. Timothy Hiraoka, principal, has over 25 years experience in the field With offices located in San Jose and Sacramento, we continue to serve a wide range of private and public sector clients ORSEE DESIGN ASSOCIATES, INC. is comprised of highly qualified landscape architects and designers, arborists, horticulturists, CADD specialists and support person¬nel who are able to meet a broad range of client needs. Our staff functions as a team: Principals take an active part in all projects, managing projects from start-up to implementation.
