In addition, Orthoflex distributes an extensive line of spinal products including spinal instrumentation, biologics, bracing, and stimulation. Orthoflex employs a service (rather than product) approach that provides surgeons with: • Service NOT Sales: A 24/7, on-call, on-site spinal products expert. This expert is not a salesperson. They are there only to service the surgeon’s needs and assist in the operating room. Our expert is paid a salary and isn’t reliant on commission sales. • Product “Cherry-Picking”: The entire array of spinal products (instrumentation, biologics, bracing, stimulators) and a number of product lines within each allowing the surgeon to “cherry pick” from different manufacturers. • Practice Optimization: At your option and at no cost to you, Orthoflex will provide a nationally-recognized consultant to conduct an audit of your practice and highlight areas where your practices can be optimized. The consultation and report will be confidential and will be shared only between you and the consultant. • Quality Assurance/Quality Control: Established processes, procedures, and controls that minimize miscommunications and errors.
