We specialize in monitoring and developing organisation vitality. Organisational vitality is ability of an organisation to engage in the challenges that business is bringing, or ability to act proactively, to response and to endure. Organisational vitality depends on- individual vitality of the members (do they want and are they able?)- transparency of the business model (vision, goals, strategy, resources)- influence of the leadership and management systems on the members (is it fair?).
