ORVIM Srl is located in the industrial area of Milan - Italy. The total area of the facility is square feet. The company was established in when Instrumentation Laboratory IL, a leader partner in the field of systems for clinical analysis, decided to consolidate the core of its industrial activities in the USA. R&D and Manufacturing operations were partially taken to Lexington, Massachusetts, and former partners and employees took over IL activities in Italy, founding Orvim, with the scope of continuing IL heritage in Italy. At first, the activity was focused on producing two instrument lines for IL: Flame Photometers and 1600 Blood Gas Analysers. Nowadays the principal activities of ORVIM Srl are- Contract manufacturing and refurbishing of instruments and parts- Blowing and manufacturing of glass and polymeric electrodes.
