OSLO Global is an international energy merchant focused on securing multiple stable supplies of energy that are essential to industry, society, and quality of life. Our operations include trade in a wide scope of materials and commitments, including crude oil, liquefied petroleum gas, and alternative energy production and storage. Founded in 2012 as Oslo Petroleum (North America) Corporation, we produced more than 80 million kilowatt hours of energy to heat and light families' homes and workplaces before committing ourselves to a new business model in 2019. Understanding that our operating environment is likely to undergo significant upheaval in the coming years due to shifts to low-carbon societies, concerns over ocean plastics and other challenges that highlight the importance of environmentally conscious business activities, we remain dedicated to both strengthening our core businesses and to developing new and highly adaptable business models. Consistent with our views of leadership, we pivoted to acquiring and selling commitments for energy production, distribution, and storage by promoting a new and dynamic management team, by acquiring the intellectual property and other assets from leading capital markets firms, and by launching OSLO Global with more than USD3 billion of Oslo Petroleum's assets. Our efforts contribute to a secure and prosperous community.
