Osr services, lp was founded in 2003. we are a woman owned business that was founded by karen and richea powell along with their respective husbands dale and joe powell. osr started out with an office in pasadena, texas and second office in tulsa, oklahoma. the pasadena office has since been re-located to baytown, texas and the tulsa office has since been re-located to inola, oklahoma. we are very proud to have expanded to offices in topeka, kansas and our newest office in billings, montana. osr specializes in pre-heating, post weld heat treatment, stress relieving, heat expansion, out-gassing, line thaws, drying and curing of refractory and paint, temporary and permanent furnace construction, and manufacturing of heat treatment equipment. with 92 years of combined experience between our owners. osr's texas, oklahoma, and kansas offices are all iso 9001 certified. osr is confident that we can meet all of your post weld heat treatment needs.
