Ossoor Estates Ltd, a coffee plantation founded by the Mockett and Greene families from UK in 1861 is located in Sakleshpur, Karnataka, India. This company was acquired by the IBC group of companies in 2002 and has since grown to 35 coffee estates, acres and over employees. In recent times, Ossoor Estates has branched out into 3 related fields - coffee tourism, coffee processing & retailing and developing micro plantations for sale. Plantation Escapes is our coffee tourism venture, offering a blend of plantation living, heritage stays in colonial bungalows and adventure / eco tourism. Those who stay with us get to learn about the biodiversity of the Malnad region, the amazing historical monuments in the area as well as experiencing first hand the outstanding local cuisine.
