Osterling Consulting was founded in with the purpose of supporting organizations on their continuous improvement journey. Our mission is to help organizations put in place the foundations required for a self-sustaining culture of operational excellence. This is achieved through understanding the holistic nature of Lean which encompasses the Lean Philosophy, Lean Management and Lean Operations. Engagements typically include training, mentoring and event facilitation. Our associates have worked in a variety of industries, manufacturing and non-manufacturing alike, with extensive experience at all levels of the organization.
