Since 2020 we have been dealing with consultancy in the dairy and confectionery world by actively participating in various corporate aspects of the production and managerial chain. Osticonsulting's strengths are the vast knowledge of industrial processes typical of the food sector (mixing, pasteurization, refining, fermentation, packaging, storage), a profound know-how of ingredients, ability to create innovative products, and their subsequent industrialization. Last but not least, the ability to work independently or in new or existing teams within the company. We have the skills and knowledge to be the right link between the ideas of the property and the realization of innovative projects, having clarity of both entrepreneurial and purely technical dynamics. Osticonsulting also operates abroad as a consultant for new industrializations or expansions, both industrial (temporary project management) and research and development (creation / training / team support or autonomous project implementation) with continuous or periodic periods of permanence. Projects The following have been part of the recent Osticonsulting activity for Italian or foreign industrial groups: R&D and/or industrial development -Set up of a Research & Development department for existing food industries-Creation of high protein lines for industrial yoghurt/skyr-Creation of high protein lines for puddings-Creation of milk replacers for industrial use- Coordination and analysis of innovative water-based products-Creation of a Nutraceutical section within an existing industrial reality. Commercial -Training and support to the commercial department of the dairy and confectionery sector (industrial)- Export Manager of innovative products. Other - Support for M&A operations (Mergers and Acquisitions).
