In August the Parisian IT company OSTRAL (25 employees) joined DCS group, the buyout operation was performed by acquiring the majority stake in the capital; Ostral maintains its legal structure and becomes a subsidiary of DCS; the activities of outsourcing in the domains of Management and Administration of Systems and Networks which are deployed with Major Accounts constitutes for DCS an opportunity of increasing its presence in Parisian region. This merger is made on the basis of nearness of business and competences and also on common values : respect of commitments, long term culture, sense of adaptation; it incorporates into the logic of external growth of DCS to expand its development.
