Ota Bomonti

OTA Bomonti is the developer of Bomonti Residences by Rotana project, a mixed use real estate development involving residential, retail and hospitality functions. Located in Bomonti, one of the most charming and central district of Istanbul, Bomonti Residences will be operated by Rotana Group. Hospitality function of the project will be managed under the brand Arjaan Hotel Apartments. The property management of the residential towers will be provided under the brand The Residences by Rotana. The project is comprised of three phases; two residential and one hospitality. The first residential phase, 572 units, will be completed as of June 2021. Hospitality phase, Arjaan Hotel Apartments is planned to opened as of June 2022 and the second residential phase of the project is assumed to be completed as of June 2023.
