OTTER:CREATE LLC was founded by Amanda Otter in 2009. Based in Redlands, California, Amanda leads the creative vision for a diverse client base, overseeing and managing all aspects of the design process from research and strategic design to digital experience deployment. Amanda regularly works with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from leadership to end users. As a champion of human‑centered design, she understands the importance of fully immersing in the experience of the user to understand behavior, needs, and points of view. She is familiar with many design thinking methods, and knows how to match the right method to the problem at hand. She takes complex business problems and distills them into elegant, seamless, and effective user experiences.
