our Renewal Project coaches individuals, couples and groups navigating personal and professional transition, conflict and growth. Using the MBTI personality type instrument as a framework and yoga, meditation and creative dialogue as tools for building mind-body intuition and confidence, we work with clients to cultivate mindfulness and connect to innate strengths and motivators so that each is empowered to live her fullest life. Our collaborative coach-client process focuses on building and strengthening emotional awareness and developing better communication with ourselves and the outside world. At its core, our relationship is built on authenticity and on the belief that each client is her own best expert and has within herself all of the answers needed to achieve her goals and live her best and most fulfilling life. We create a space for empathic understanding and affirmation so that the client may cultivate self awareness and self responsibility, and move towards deepening her own capacity for relationships, actions and growth.
