Our Success Group

We support overwhelmed small business owners that have limited time by providing critical actionable resources and training based on our Success Principles certification. After those businesses become part of our community, with our resources they start making more profit, have more time in their day, and have confidence in their business. When Todd started his own decorating business and Aaron watched as a pioneer of the industry’s first podcast, there were a lot of people hoarding all of the information. Both Todd and Aaron saw really nice people fail because they didn’t have the basics. At the 2019 DAX Tinley Park trade show, Todd and Aaron met for the first time face to face and the conversation turned to this very problem. What they soon discovered was a similar passion with different areas of strength and OSG was born. Todd brings the day to day know-how making things easy to understand and Aaron brings impactful ideas, lessons he has learned from the wide range of people he has been able to work with over his career. They no longer want people to struggle and flounder when they start a business, but instead, thrive, hit the ground running, and be good citizens to the markets they intend to enter.
