An organization created by California Associate Social Workers (ASWs) to support other ASWs on their career journey. Support is provided in 3 ways: 1) Providing an hour tracking tool that helps in the process of becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). It tracks the progress of the candidate on their journey towards licensure. The Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) licensure requirements are built into the tracker so that the process is automatically calculated. It is offered at a low price to help people in the social work community to save money and have peace of mind in the licensure process 2) Sharing free ideas, information and resources that are helpful for building a social work career 3) Investing a portion of all purchases into California communities by donating to local projects that are working towards social justice and equality
