Out Kelley

Out @ Kelley offers programming for LGBTQ+ students, faculty, staff and allies to form community, learn, and grow together. Through events like our book club, professional networking nights, social dinners and more, we seek to create a welcoming and inclusive environment in the Kelley School of Business and encourage our members to expand their personal and professional networks. We also seek to address diversity-related issues both within and beyond the business environment, and hope to drive social impact in our current and future communities. We celebrate all students and their unique skills and talents, which should never be hindered by sexual orientation, self-expression, or other identity. Our atmosphere of acceptance, inclusion, and diversity provide opportunities for students to learn and grow in order to become successful future business leaders.
