Team development (from recreational fun team building to more comprehensive team training), organizational development and change, motivational talks and other skills development programs. We are based in Hilton near Pietermaritzburg but we are fully mobile to offer our assistance at a venue near you. We work with a variety of organizations (businesses, business chambers, hotels/ conference centers, sport teams, the tertiary and primary education sector, NGO's, NPO's, youth development organizations, etc.). With more than 33 years of experience in the Human Resource Development and serving many happy clients, our main goal remains to be a catalyst for positive change in people and their organizations and to help to equip them with valuable skills.
