Bacon mayo. we ran out of mayo yesterday, so i looked up how to make mayo so i could make my wife a BLT lettuce wrap for breakfast. The recipe calls for a whole egg,(fresh from our chickens) a 1 Tbsp of dijon mustard, 1 Tbsp of white vinegar, pinch of kosher salt, and a cup of oil. So i did 3/4 cup of peanut oil and a 1/4 cup of bacon grease from the bacon i had just cooked for the BLT. Its amazing.
