Outer Cape Community Solutions

The OCCS mission is to build collaborative solutions that increase health equity and improve the health and wellbeing of all Outer Cape residents through education, advocacy, and collective action. This rural health network has dozens of partners including health and human service agencies, healthcare facilities, and municipal departments including police, libraries, and health departments. While this network is open and non-partisan, work is accomplished by small topic-focused work groups addressing systemic issues that impact social determinants of health - like food access, transportation, and opioid use disorder.
