Outrivals Gym

Outrivals is a Strength and conditioning boutique gym based in North Greenwich London offering Small group classes, Private personal training and Open gym. Classes include Strongman/ Strongwoman, Barbell Club, Met Con, Strength vs Cardio and more. Every class is has specifically designed by our Head Coach with a monthly progression in mind. Each class has a maximum of 8 people to ensure form and technique are the main focuses. Outrivals focuses heavily on community and understands that in a world where you can feel lonely, having a special place with likeminded individuals can be an opportunity to create friendship and togetherness.
