Outside The Wall Psychotherapy

My goal is to help my clients find inner peace and happiness. I am a unique therapist that combines goal-setting, clinical experience and education, and an engaging treatment approach to achieve rapid change. My practice goes far beyond talk therapy, we do work. Through years of experience, acute clinical insight and detailed assessing, I have confirmed my long-held assumption that all of our mental health disorders have their roots in childhood experiences. To address our current mental health we must revisit and explore these experiences. I have a detailed methodology that utilizes exposure therapy and DBT, both evidenced based practices, to uncover feelings and address trauma that has been effective for 100% of the clients that I treat. Clients begin to see changes in 2-3 weeks and meet treatment plan goals in 1-2 months. Most of my client discharge within 4-5 months. This is how therapy is intended to be, short and brief. If you have been with your therapist for 6 months and you don't feel that you have made nearly a 100% recovery, it's time to find a new therapist. I prefer to treat adults. My therapy is effective for nearly all non-organic mental health disorders. These disorders include but are not limited to: anxiety/depressive disorders, substance abuse and alcohol abuse, personality disorders, Bipolar II, anger, gambling, food, sex and other addictions, hoarding, PTSD, panic disorder, co-dependency, etc. I LOVE psychotherapy. I feel that I have been I have been given a gift to be able to treat people in an effective manner and I bring as much energy to my 7am appointment as I do to my 10pm appointment. I treat 60 clients a week and wish I could treat because I want to help everyone. Someone once said something about teletherapy not being effective, well they sure have not been in a session with me. Please don't expect to come without expectations from you, change comes through hard work.
