We are a group of seasoned engineers and project specialists who have been in the I.T. game for over 30 years. 14 of which were spent working remotely for US companies as full-time, fully remote I.T. consultants in various forms. Needless to say, we understand what American and European companies need. Having experienced first-hand the ability of South African technicians, developers and specialists to adapt seamlessly to both US-and European companies and their client's needs, while also saving significant amounts of overhead in salaries and taxes, we're fully convinced there would be more that would want to reap the benefits, which why we've started Outsource ZA. We source, vet and train South African technicians, developers, engineers and specialists in all facets of the IT Industry for US and Europe-based MSP's and non-IT companies alike. We handle the sourcing, paperwork and all HR-and-finance related functions on behalf of the client in accordance with South African laws. This includes handling South African taxes, labor laws and the overall growth of the staff members on behalf of the client.
