Outwing is a Multi-Family Office primarily focused on Entrepreneurs (Founder/CEO's) and Private Equity Principals. Our clients have an aggregate net worth of approximately $1B. We primarily, but not exclusively, work with clients in the $30-$500M net worth range inclusive of the value of their private securities. Our suite of services includes traditional Investment Advisory but also covers a wide range of issues specific to our clients who are often growing a business with plans to sell in the next 1-10 years- Business Advisory (Pre-Sale Management Consulting, Capital Raise Advisory, Exit Planning and Execution)- Investment Advisory – Both public and private assets including direct opportunities in unique offerings, access to best in class funds - Trust and Estate Planning – Covering both US and Foreign assets to preserve generational wealth - Tax Minimization/ – Focused on capital gains tax minimization, deferral and where possible elimination through proper business and personal structuring and unique strategies for entrepreneurs and private equity principals - Private CFO Services such as cash and liquidity planning, bill payment, real estate advisory and other concierge services We manage a small client base with a hands on approach and best in class service. We emphasize a high degree of interaction with our clients and prepare both comprehensive suite of reporting on demand and also quarterly/annual meetings to ensure high alignment between our team and your family.
