Over The Moon Art Studios

Over the Moon Art Studios is a multidisciplinary art space located in Asbury Park, New Jersey. It offers classes, workshops, events, and studio access for artists of all ages and experience levels. The studio provides a welcoming, hands-on environment where people can learn new skills, experiment with different materials, and engage with a creative community. Founded by artist and educator Meagan Greenberg, Over the Moon began as a way to make art more accessible and approachable outside of traditional settings. Karen Propp, a former art dealer and advertising executive, joined as partner to help expand the studio's programming and operations. The studio offers group classes in drawing, painting, collage, printmaking, and mixed media, along with open studio sessions, after-school programs, and private events. Resident artists and members have access to shared and private studio space, and the studio frequently collaborates with local schools and community partners to provide arts education and outreach. Over the Moon is also home to exhibitions, artist talks, and community gatherings, creating opportunities for connection and creative exchange. With an emphasis on process, play, and inclusion, the studio aims to support both emerging and established artists, as well as those simply curious to try something new.
