We are NOT “Patient Advocates”. On the contrary! We believe people should know how to ADVOCATE for themselves! Could we do it for them? Sure. But that doesn’t “fix” the problem. It only fosters co-dependency on “someone else” to fix it. We believe a company’s employees are the first line of defense against paying out on erroneous charges because they are the ones who were IN THE ROOM when it happened (cue music from Hamilton).
