In June 2012, Overholt Law LLP‘s predecessor firm – Overholt Law – was founded by Carman J. Overholt, Q.C. Carman is a senior litigation lawyer who has practiced employment law, labour relations law, and commercial litigation in downtown Vancouver for over 34 years. Overholt Law quickly grew to become a trusted leader in workplace law and litigation in British Columbia, and on January 1, 2021, Preston I.A.D. Parsons and Jennifer Kwok joined Carman in a partnership to form Overholt Law LLP. Overholt Law LLP has a long-standing positive reputation and maintains a position as an industry leader.
