Overseer was established in April 1997 in response to the growth and requirement of knowledge based services. We became more specialised in providing project management services within pre-sales activities and soon found there was a growing market for this type of professional service. The director of Overseer Ltd is Mr Brian Thomas, he left Bull Information Systems Ltd in 1997 after working eight years as an IT project manager. He is a UK national, and has worked in Europe, the UK and throughout the Home Counties as well as assisting major bids for and to the USA. Brian has a strong, balanced background of bid & proposal, process development, project management, and technical specialist assignments. He has managed and produced approximately 30 plus proposals for large bids in the UK and EMEA Brian has been extensively Shipley-trained and is particularly skilled at bid process development and proposal structure and production. He is a member of the UK Association of Proposal Management Professionals. Professional Qualifications: Professional Diploma Management Studies (Open University Business School – 1994) Plus, Project Management – PMT 605 (Open University Business School 1994).
