Ovrsite is a UK-based Roof Asset Management as a Service (RAaaS) platform that combines CAA-compliant drone inspections, AI-assisted defect tagging and RICS-aligned reporting to give FM, housing and estates teams a live, portfolio-wide view of roof condition, risk and future spend. Our UAV-first model is built around the Work at Height Regulations 2005 (WAHR) hierarchy: we avoid putting people on roofs for inspections wherever reasonably practicable, cutting exposure to falls from height while still providing detailed, repeatable roof intelligence. Every survey is backed by WAHR-mapped RAMS, pilot credentials and a clear audit trail.
