OWDA provides financial assistance for environmental infrastructure, primarily water, sewage and water pollution control projects, from the sale of municipal revenue bonds through loans to local governments in Ohio and from issuance of industrial revenue bonds for qualified projects in Ohio. To a lesser extent, financial assistance is provided to solid waste and brownfields projects.
