Oxford Hardware Limited was set-up in 2001. The company grew rapidly and took on the business of Kason (UK) in 2007. The business of Specialty Hardware followed in 2008 and the company moved from Epwell to Tysoe into much larger premises. In 2009 Oxford Hardware became the distributor for United Automation and Franke Sissons. In 2010 Antiqua was added before in 2011 Intertecnica became an exclusive UK and Ireland distributorship. In 2019 Kason Industries in Georgia, USA purchased the company. Oxford Hardware now operates in over sq.ft of premises and has customers in 32 countries.
