Oyona Counseling

Oyona Counseling is the private therapy practice of Leslie Doyle, LMHCA. Leslie's work focuses on accessing your inherent strengths and resources to cultivate self-acceptance, empowerment, and even joy. Genuine human connection can be profoundly therapeutic, and Leslie is committed to offering a supportive space where you are welcome to come exactly as you are. For those familiar with therapy modalities, her approach has been described as humanistic and experiential, and is primarily rooted in psychosynthesis, internal family systems, and somatic experiencing. She am certified in Creative Expression and trained in EMDR and NARM. She has also been a meditation practitioner for over 10 years, studying and practicing mindfulness, Transcendental Meditation and Vipassana. She hold certifications as a Maharishi Ayurveda Wellness Consultant and a trauma-informed yoga instructor.
