Our roots in the clothing industry remain strong through our joint venture EGOTEX s.r.o, which produces luxury men's apparel for renowned brands such as CORNELIANI and RALPH LAUREN. In 2017, we expanded our portfolio with the establishment of PLAZA RESIDENCE s.r.o, which developed a modern residential complex with four apartment buildings, 24 apartments, and four penthouses adjacent to the PLAZA BEACH RESORT area.
