Ozone treatment technology is a self-contained processing system which has zero emissions and is safe, clean, easy to install, simple to operate, cost effective and environmentally sustainable. NO dioxin, furans, or toxic emissions (as incineration) NO toxic ash (as incineration). NO heat or steam or pressure vessel. NO harmful chemicals used. NO special packaging or refrigeration. NO lengthy transportation. NO exposure to liabilities. NO by-products or waste to drain. Waste is sterilized and ready for landfill. OZ-10 / OZ-20, a small size device, can be placed directly in the administration services (i.e, in the dialyses dept.) or in the technical premises. It can be implemented in a simple manner by trained personnel, ensuring as quickly as possible, the physical denaturation of the waste by shredding and its safe disinfection, as well as the complete traceability of the treatment process. Ozone physically destroys the waste by an initial exclusive shredding process, making it unrecognizable and unusable. To crush any kind of waste (like fine needles, tubing, etc.), a fine calibration grid ensures that the granular material reaches the ideal size for disinfection and matches the minimum required standards. The granules reach a maximum size of 30 mm. OZ-10 / OZ-20 operates without any heating, so no aggressive odours are generated! Moreover, Ozone also destroys odours!
