P&I are a training company based in the North East of England. P&I offer training and behaviour support to any organisations who work with children and young people. P&I will tailor all of their training programmes to suit the particular needs of any organisation that requires support. P&I training also offer a consultancy to education departments in the area of safety and behaviour. Courses and programmes start from as little as 1 hour taster sessions to multiple weeks of consultancy. De-escalation, physical intervention and preparing staff members for working in challenging conditions are our specialties.
