P3 is currently engaged in a public-private partnership with the Town of Castle Rock, CO to develop a large snow sports facility within Philip S. Miller Park. Designed by Briton Engineering, the park’s slopes will be made of the industry’s most innovative year round terrain technology, Snowflex®. P3 is in discussions with other municipalities & park districts throughout the U.S. to bring this innovative snow sports park concept & technology to their communities. P3 works with its municipal & regional public sector clients to assess the costs & benefits of using the public-private partnership model to enhance the infrastructure assets under their control & ownership.
