We combine many years of investment experience, gained in leading international companies and private equity fund, with managerial experience, built through managing branches of international corporations and a capital group listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. We also have extensive transaction (M&A) and investment experience on the side of sector investors and private equity funds, both sell- and buyside, and we are ready to support our partners in M&A transactions and financing arrangement.
