Pacala For The Deskless Worker

Visual Management Software for the Deskless Worker. When your in-field team complain about lack of clarity and confused communications, they're not asking for a better comms app or more meetings. They - WE - want to see, visually, the places we have to go, the things we have to do."Where is this?" should result in a map location update in Pacala, not a conversation."What is the new lock combination?" should be a note attached to the gate point in Pacala, not a conversation."How do I get to that back paddock without going through any mobs?" should be a line between paddocks in Pacala, not a conversation."Which pen has the broken floorboard?" should be a task attached to the shed blueprint in Pacala, not a conversation."Did Suz record her near miss while on site today?" should be a note attached to the location, ready for exporting from Pacala, not a conversation."What did Jeff say about the trucks gearbox, I forgot?" should be a note from Jeff, sitting in Pacala. When your team works from Pacala, the need for conversations is reduced, because your communications are not abstract anymore, they are not open for interpretation, or mis-remembering. They are there for everyone to see, in the Kanban board, attached to the map location, or on the blueprint. And when the work is done, the office team don't need to chase for updates, they just export the data into premade csv templates, ready for direct importing into the next system. Because when you're working in the field, you need less distraction, not more.
