PACE is a leading procurement services provider that works with both large, high profile organisations and SMEs to reduce their recurrent costs. The company is led by a by a MBA, financial and procurement professional (MCIPS) with a blue chip background and significant first-hand experience of fintech and E-commerce. We have reduced the costs of companies such as Scottish Power, Vattenfall, ENBW and Northland Power, and parts of larger groups such as Total Energies and BP. We have also enjoyed tremendous success working in the public sector, identifying very significant cost reductions for the Energy Sector. We were able to generate cost reductions of up to 64% for these organisations. We did so on a genuine and sustainable basis with minimal disruption to their day-to-day operations and have published written references for around 100 assignments. Our consultative approach, which we adopt for all assignments, involves discussing and agreeing major decisions with clients at every step of the process. In this way we identify cost reductions which are genuinely consistent with their needs, and thus have their full approval. Although we tailor our approach to specific areas, we apply the same proven methodology to all. The main areas of expenditure on which we work tend to be indirect costs. However, we frequently identify cost reductions from clients' direct inputs as well. Ultimately, we are happy to review any categories that clients would like us to.
