PACE Outreach is a woman-owned small business based in Boulder, Colorado. We design and implement communication strategies that allow organizations to inform and engage with targeted and broad stakeholder audiences, in order to achieve specific policy, involvement, and awareness goals. Although complex, environmental policy decisions affect stakeholders first. We work with government and private-sector natural resource clients to identify target audiences, create stakeholder assessments and develop engaging content to deliver proactive, substantive and lasting stakeholder input into programs and policies.
