Pacific Blue Group has 5 core commercial thrusts of expertise: • Management Consulting; • IT Consulting; • Private Equity; • Negotiating; and • Structured Solutions. The Management Consulting division specialises in strategy formulation and execution. Our unique approach provides both advisory work and the actual execution of those strategies in partnership with our Clients. We are a Client side in-house consultancy extending the reach of Board members and senior executives. The IT Consulting division offers some of Asia Pacific’s finest PeopleSoft consultants with 10+ years experience in HRMS and Global Payroll. We provide the full spectrum of services from end-to-end project life cycle implementations and upgrades to customisation, Q&A, on-going management/support and training. Private Equity provides equity capital or invests in businesses that require funding to support business and infrastructure development. PBG can provide advisory and execution management capabilities to assist the Client in its performance. Negotiating is our 3rd party arm’s-length service handling the many and varied deal, transaction or matter based negotiations between corporates or individuals. The Structured Solutions division provides options for our Clients where there is either a temporary or permanent commercial obstacle or challenge. This may involve in-house, external or counter-party matters and may be legal, economic, accounting, tax, financial, actuarial, statutory or risk based.
