Pacific Consulting & Trading was the vision of a futuristic entrepreneur Khaled Abdullah Khan. It started its operation in 2001 with its Head Office at Karachi, Pakistan. At a time when the competition in the Pakistan market was at its peak Khaled Abdullah Khan decided to focus on the Foreign Funded Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Projects in Afghanistan with the brief that in this market there will be a lot of untapped space in the market which is one of the premises of “Blue Ocean Strategy”.
