Small full service real estate firm specializing in development, brokerage, property management and consulting to a select group of clients. Projects developed since 1983 include shopping centers, apartments, single family subdivisions, residential condominiums, custom homes, projects for governmental agencies and churches. The firm at one time also acted as the general building contractor on many of our projects. We manage our own projects, perform retail brokerage services at our retail centers and have provided real estate advisory services to a number of clients.
