Established Pacific Rim Securities Pty Ltd (PRS) as a privately held investment company whose sole purpose is to manage family assets. PRS has for fifteen years operated as small private equity hedge fund, actively managing and trading assets including Australian and international stocks, commodity futures and currencies. Valuation of assets and forecasting likely economic and financial outcomes for various asset classes and individual securities is core to the successful operation of the business. From late 2017 PRS’ capital has been largely allocated to long term investments in two large private businesses which are managed by others.
