Pacific Time is a family run business operating in Christchurch, New Zealand by Charlotte and Oliver Dugdale. Following a successful 20 year flying career, Ollie took over Pacific Time in October 2021 as a change of direction and new challenge. Charlotte brings her skills from a management and recruitment career in the healthcare industry, and joins the business in March 2022. Together we intend to build on the successful foundation and continue the high level of customer service. We live in Christchurch with 3 young children. Pacific Time Industries’ collection of watch parts, straps, batteries, and tools are carefully selected and sourced globally to meet the needs of watchmakers, horologists and jewellers throughout NZ and the Pacific. We pride ourselves on supplying a wide array of specialty parts, exceptional customer service, prompt order processing and dispatch, and competitive pricing. The learning curve has been steep but welcome, and we are only too happy to talk through your requirements, whether batteries, cuckoo clock bellows, or myriad of products in between.
