Packard Proving Grounds

This is a beautiful 17-acre automotive history site with circa 1928 Albert Kahn designed buildings that offer a rustic, vintage blank slate that you can customize to create an amazing event. We do allow outside caterers which can be a huge advantage. The cost for Friday, Saturday & Sundays is for six hours and additional hours at $300 per hour. Monday through Thursday the cost is $300 per hour with a two hour minimum. There is a $500 non-refundable security deposit to reserve an event date. Same day set up starting at 9am, and after event tear down time is included in the cost.
