Not only do we produce some of the world’s best leathers, we have also developed technologies that provide unique custom finishes, improved performance and new standards in premium leather quality. PACKER LEATHER’S research and development team is at the forefront of new global systems and technologies enabling more sustainable leather creation, and more agile and leaner production processes. The Global leather Industry recycles over 7 million tonnes of hides and skins each year. These are a by-product of the food industry and without the ability of the leather industry to transform them into leather, would go to landfill with huge environmental impact.
