Packstaff

PackStaff specializes exclusively in packaging engineering talent. We partner with manufacturers, converters, and brand owners across the United States to help them hire experienced packaging engineers, designers, and technical leaders. Our work spans permanent placement, contract support, and targeted searches for hard‑to‑find skill sets. Unlike generalist recruiters, PackStaff focuses on packaging as a discipline. We bring market insight, technical fluency, and long‑term industry relationships into every search. That allows us to move faster, ask better questions, and make stronger matches for both clients and candidates. Founded in 1998 and based in Wisconsin, PackStaff supports packaging teams nationwide.
